We received superb service here. When our car started overheating while on holiday they quickly diagnosed a cylinder head gasket failure, clearly explaining how. We left the car there and returned to London by train. They provided a detailed estimate of repair costs, kept us informed of progress including variations (only one extra part found to be needed), did a great job, showed me the removed parts when I collected the car, and had even washed it. If only they weren't so far from home we'd happily use them as our regular garage. Our thanks to the whole team!
Had an issue with our car whilst on holiday and went to B&K to ask them to check it out for us. Really helpful receptionist who arranged for a mechanic to look at it. Didn’t get the name of the mechanic but he looked at it really quickly. He then told us what the issue was and quickly repaired it for us. No BS and a really reasonable price. Thank you so much. I was well and truly stuck - on holiday in Wales, miles from home with just one night left in our accommodation - and the brakes failed. I took the car by chance to B&K Williams at 3pm - car needed a reasonably big amount of work, just to get home again. B&K were so understanding of my predicament and went above and beyond to help me out. Had the car up and running again the next day and loaned me a car for free in the meantime so we could carry on enjoying the holiday. Was really impressed that the chap went to the effort to show and explain what was wrong and what work had been done. Couldn’t rate them highly enough and am very grateful to have been fitted in around the normal work. Thank you again.
